Canada Geese
Killdeer on the shore.
Juvenile heron taking great advantage of his natural
camouflage in this dead wood. From a greater distance,
he was nearly invisible.

This is an unfortunate combination of dense fog
and a bit of backlighting, but he looked good
with his right foot on a fish having breakfast.
